Advisor/Honorary Delegate
An Advisor/Honorary Delegate (Green Badge) is an Advisor of the Council of Administrators of the Evangelical Covenant Church, or an official guest invited by the President’s Office from another denomination, or institution. Upon approval of the Executive Board, a church that operates with and in support of the Covenant, but for a valid reason is not a member of the Covenant, may send one advisory member. Advisors are not allowed to vote, but are allowed to voice their opinions and ask questions.

What is the Annual Meeting? The Annual Meeting is the highest legislative body of the Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC), made up of representatives from Covenant churches throughout the United States and Canada. Delegates gather together for worship and fellowship, and to ordain ministers, consecrate missionaries, elect leaders, review finances, adopt a budget, and address the business of the church.
