Eighth Annual Covenant Retired Clergy and Missionary BanquetAll retired Covenant ministers and missionaries, their spouses and surviving spouses are invited to the eighth annual Covenant Retired Clergy and Missionary Banquet on Thursday, June 21, 4:30 to 6:15 pm. Fellowship, fun and longtime friends are promised, as well as a short update from Dean A. Lundgren, ECC treasurer and director of pensions, on the Covenant Pension Plan. After dinner you are invited to attend the evening worship service in the Grand Ballroom. This is a complimentary dinner provided by the Board of Pensions and Benefits. What is the Annual Meeting? The Annual Meeting is the highest legislative body of the Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC), made up of representatives from Covenant churches throughout the United States and Canada. Delegates gather together for worship and fellowship, and to ordain ministers, consecrate missionaries, elect leaders, review finances, adopt a budget, and address the business of the church. |
