Register online
This year register online and save postage, avoid mail delay, and receive confirmation all at the push of a button. To register please click here. Follow the step-bystep instructions to fill out the online form and submit your information. This time-saving option provides immediate and secure transmission of registration material for the 2007 Annual Meeting.

Register by Mail
Fill out and return the Annual Meeting registration form, including payment information to the Annual Meeting registrar, 5101 North Francisco Avenue, Chicago, IL, 60625. A self-addressed envelope has been included with each church mailing.

Register by Fax
Fill out the Annual Meeting registration form, including payment information (payment by credit card only), and fax the form (24 hours a day) to the Annual Meeting registrar at (773) 784-4366.

Remember! If you are coming to the Annual Meeting as a delegate, your church will also need to fill out the credential card (which has been included with each church mailing), and mail to the Annual Meeting registrar, 5101 North Francisco Avenue, Chicago, IL, 60625. A self-addressed envelope has been included with each church mailing. The credential process legally certifies an individual to represent their church as a voting delegate at the Annual Meeting.

Designations

Delegate. Delegates are credentialed representatives from member Covenant churches. Delegates vote on the policies and procedures presented to the Annual Meeting. Delegates receive a comprehensive manual that includes reports, statistics, ballot information, etc. They are also provided premium seating during the business sessions, and are given the privilege of speaking during the meeting and voicing their position on matters.

General Conferee. General conferees are Covenanters wishing to attend the Annual Meeting without officially representing a local church or institution. General conferees are provided mezzanine seating at the business sessions, as well as handouts. However, they are not allowed to voice their opinions, ask questions, or vote. General conferees are also allowed to participate in evening worship sessions and attend workshops.

Resource Personnel. Resource personnel are Covenant Office employees who are designated by their administrators as support staff to the Annual Meeting.

Included in Registration Fees

• For general conferees, retired Covenant pastors, and NPTS students: General Conferee name badge; seating as observer at the Annual Meeting; copy of The 2007 President’s Report and the Covenant financial reports; opportunity to attend delegate orientation and other open workshops; availability for children’s ministry programs and child care at the designated fee with advance reservation.

• For delegates: Annual Meeting delegate name badge; voting (in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws of the ECC) and seating privileges; Annual Meeting notebook and business session printed materials; a copy of The 2007 President’s Report and Covenant financial reports; opportunity to attend delegate  orientation and other open workshops; availability for children’s ministry programs and child care at the designated fee with advance reservation

Cancellations
You may cancel your Annual Meeting reservation at any time. Cancellation requests must be mailed to the Annual Meeting registrar, 5101 North Francisco Avenue, Chicago, IL 60625, or faxed to (773) 784-4366. Cancellation requests cannot be accepted over the telephone. Cancellations received by June 1, 2007, will be refunded 80 percent of all fees paid. No funds will be offered for cancellations after June 1, 2007, except in cases of emergency.
