General Information

BUSINESS SESSIONS
The business sessions will be held in the Grand Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Irvine. Reserved seating is provided for Annual Meeting delegates and registered general conferees in designated areas. Business materials will be available for download by May 22, 2012.

HEARING IMPAIRED
For hearing-impaired registrants, special hearing enhancement equipment will be available during worship and business sessions

LIVE BROADCASTS
Live web broadcasts of the morning and evening worship services will be available on CovChurch.tv/live. We encourage those who can’t make it to the Annual Meeting in person to gather with their church or small group to watch the live webcast together. Recordings of all the worship services plus key business session events (awards, special presentations, etc.) will be available on CovChurch.tv.
