Counseling and Therapy Options

Administered by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and UNUM 

We understand that pastors and other church workers face a number of challenges in their work and home life.  Bethany Benefit Service offers two options of counseling and therapy:

Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield covers 50% of visits (up to 52 visits per year) to any licensed professional for Bethany Benefit Service's health insurance cardholders. 

The EAP (Employee Assistance Program) offers a variety of options for "work-life balance" including online resources and toll-free, confidential counseling and assistance from master's level consultants.  Call 1-800-854-1446 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-999-3004 or Spanish: 1-800-317-7264) for help with:
