Dental Benefits

Administered by Delta Dental

• Covers 100% of all preventative and diagnostic expenses, including checkups and cleaning every six months, dental x-rays, and floride treatments for children under age 19
• Covers 80% of basic dental work, including fillings, oral surgery, endodontics and anesthesia
• Covers 50% of more extensive work such as crowns, bridges and dentures
• $1,500 maximum coverage per year per person that is able to be carried over to the next calendar year for a maximum of $3,000 per year
