• In the event of long-term disability, the lesser of 60% of monthly earnings or 70% of monthly earnings less other income is provided
• Health insurance provided for up to 24 months by Bethany Benefit Service
• Pension payments made to the pension plan by Bethany Benefit Service while on disability (if applicable)
