• PPO plan which covers across the country and around the world
• No pre-existing  condition issues, even for pregnancy, as long as new enrollees have at least 12 months of health coverage previous to enrolling
• Low $300 deductible for individual plans and $600 deductible for family plans
• Covers 80% of most in-network expenses after deductible
• $1,500 maximum out-of-pocket cost per year (after deductible) for individual plans and $3,000 maximum for family plans
• Low co-pays for office visits
