Eligibility
Eligibility
Full-time (30+ hours per week) ministers and employees of Covenant churches, Covenant ministries, regional conferences, camps and conference centers are eligible. Part-time employees (20-29 hours per week) are eligible for health benefits only (includes medical, dental, vision and prescriptions). Full-time employees may choose to receive only life and long-term disability benefits if they are receiving health benefits through a spouse's employment. Otherwise, benefits cannot be elected individually or separated from one another.
