Update Sheets
Yearly update sheets are sent to your home in January. These help to keep Bethany Benefit Service in touch with any changes that you may not yet have made us aware of throughout the year, such as salary changes, address changes, and dependent changes. yearly salary updates are especially strongly recommended, as your long-term disability insurance is greatly affected by an accurate calculation of salary. Be sure to complete and return the yearly update sheet that is sent to your home.
