Coaching
 Every church plant is linked to an experienced coach to
help navigate the process. Monthly on-site coaching visits are the norm
in the first year, with bi-monthly visits in the second year and beyond
for as long as needed. Additional expertise from other departments of
the Covenant for specific matters is also available, such as Christian
Formation assisting with children's ministries, North Park Theological Seminary offering
on-line continuing education, and so on.
