Leadership Identification

We believe we will be effective at church planting to the degree we are able to identify effective church planters. Central to our approach is our assessment center process. An assessment center is a four-day event designed to help determine whether a person is likely to find church planting to be a fruitful and satisfying ministry. A person must be recommended for church planting through the assessment process in order to be considered for a call as lead pastor of a church plant.
