What does a coach do?
- Provide encouragement and support through listening, consulting and prayer
- Build networks
- Facilitate regular live, chat, or web-based regional gatherings
- Help you find a mentor
- Bring you visions, ministry ideas, and concerns to the attention of both the conference and denomination
