Rolling Hills Covenant Church, a large dynamic church in the South Bay, is seeking a full time College Associate.
This position will provides shepherding and support to the college ministry as well as to provide programming for events and developing growth within the local college network, all while maintaining the vision for the ministry. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality and be energized by people, as well as the ability to invest in relationships outside of the office.
Requires course work at the college level; proof of certification from accredited school; or two years relevant experience. Proficient word processing skills with Word Perfect 9.0. Requires current knowledge of PC's, the Windows 98 operating system, LAN environment, and email and Internet functions. Requires excellent telephone, verbal and written communication skills. Requires demonstrated administrative, project oversight and delegation skills.
