IN Lafayette Worship


Evangelical Covenant Church of Lafayette, Indiana is seeking a Director of Worship and Music.  This person will be responsible for coordinating the elements of the worship services with the pastoral staff, facilitating worship teams and choirs, and fulfilling the day-to-day responsibilities required of this position.  This is a full time position.

The successful candidate will be a person who has…

  • a heart for leading others in worship.
  • a bachelor’s degree in music or worship; with strong vocal and instrumental skills.
  • strong people skills and a pastoral heart.
  • the ability to lead and coordinate worship team members.
  • good administrative skills and a basic understanding of audio-visual technology.
  • a passion for contemporary and traditional worship.
  • excellent oral and written communication skills.
