Recital to Feature 17th Century Swedish Chamber Music
CHICAGO, IL (February 20, 2002) - "Music for Queen Kristina," a recital of 17th century Swedish chamber music from the time of Queen Kristina of Sweden, will be presented at North Park University February 23 at Anderson Chapel.
The 4 p.m. concert will cost $8. A reception will follow the recital, which is being co-sponsored by North Park's Institute for International and Cultural Studies and its Center for Scandinavian Studies in cooperation with the nearby Swedish-American Museum Center.
