Applications Sought for Annual Meeting Registrar
CHICAGO, IL (March 6, 2002) - Applications are being accepted for a position of registrar for the Annual Meeting of the Evangelical Covenant Church.
The position is responsible for all aspects of the registration process for the 2002 Covenant Annual Meeting to be held in Keystone, Colorado. The position offers flexible hours until June, with a minimum of 20 hours of work per week. The work schedule will increase to 40 hours a week or more during the Annual Meeting near the end of June.
Areas of responsibility include pre-conference registration, mailings, data entry, maintenance of detailed payment records, label production and other detail associated with the registration process during the Annual Meeting.
The position, which is available immediately, reports to the Annual Meeting coordinator in the Department of Administration. The position will extend to the end of July 2002.
