Asimakoupoulos to Appear on Focus in the Family
CHICAGO, IL (February 12, 2003) - Greg Asimakoupoulos of Glen Ellyn Evangelical
Covenant Church in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, will be interviewed on Dr. James
Dobson's radio broadcast Focus on the Family on February 24 and 25.
The interview will be broadcast on Moody Broadcasting Network (WMBI) radio
station in Chicago at 5:30 p.m. CST on either AM 1110 or 90.1 FM
frequencies. This two-day broadcast will focus on the importance of family
reunions and includes practical suggestions on how to plan and coordinate
extended gatherings.
Asimakoupoulos is an ordained Covenant minister, a freelance writer and
poet and a contributor to the denomination's monthly magazine, The
Covenant Companion. He is also a regular columnist for the Daily
Herald newspaper in the Chicagoland area and has authored five books
and more than two hundred magazine articles that have appeared in Focus
on the Family, Leadership Journal and Christian Parenting Today
magazines, among others.
