Church Aids Search for Missing Child
STOCKHOLM, WI (February 27, 2003) - When you are a town of 43, everyone is
family, even if they don't belong to your church.
Lund Mission Covenant Church in Stockholm understands that - and last week
the country congregation let their neighbors know how much they care for
their own. The church was packed with nearly 300 people last Sunday night
as they raised approximately $10,000 to help a Pepin, Wisconsin, mother
find her child.
Jennifer Bjork has been searching for her three-year old son Christopher
since June after a family member reportedly took the child away from the
area. Christopher had been dropped off at the family member's home in
nearby Hager City for the weekend by his mother, stated a recent newspape
