Author to Speak at North Park in February
CHICAGO, IL (February 10, 2004) - Tony Jones, critically acclaimed author of Postmodern Youth Ministry, will be the guest presenter at a seminar at North Park University (NPU) February 27-29.
Jones' appearance is sponsored by the school's Center for Youth Ministry Studies. He will speak about the philosophical shifts in culture and how they affect today's teens.
A noted speaker at Youth Specialties' National Youthworker Convention, Jones is a minister to youth and young adults at Colonial Church in Edina, Minnesota. He has a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California, and writes regularly for Youthworker Journal.
The cost for the February 27-29 seminar is $25 for individuals and $20 for groups of three or more. The course can be taken for seminary credit at North Park Theological Seminary.
