CIPE Leaders Visit Ministries in Uruguay
MALDONADO, URUGUAY (May 10, 2004) - Six leaders of the Confraternity of
Hispanic Covenant Churches (CIPE) recently flew to Punta del Este,
Uruguay, to visit the Covenant Church of Argentina's missionary work in
Maldonado.
All were encouraged to experience the life and vitality of the new
congregation. Isaác Coronel and his wife, Gabriela, are heading up the
ministry.
The accompanying photo shows (from left to right) Aurora Rojas, a
women's representative; Manuel Ortiz, Ecuador; Carlos Díaz, Colombia;
Wilfrido Velásquez, CIPE administrative secretary; and Nancy Reed, CIPE
secretary/treasurer. Another member of the team (not pictured) is Juan
Carlos Pichardo, youth representative.
