Saranac (MI) Seeking Worship Arts Minister
SARANAC, MI (May 21, 2004) - Saranac Community Church is seeking a qualified
candidate to fill a full-time position as Minister of the Worship Arts.
The goal of this position is create and facilitate an environment in
which persons of all ages are invited, encouraged, equipped and
empowered to use their gifts in worship.
This position will work with the senior pastor to develop and implement
ideas and themes for use in a multigenerational worship context and will
be responsible for recruiting, developing, scheduling and training
persons in such areas as music, drama, visual arts and liturgical dance.
Other areas of ministry will include assistance with Christian formation
(as it applies to worship) and pastoral care.
