Mission Partnership Assists Theology Training in Prague
PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC (June 4, 2004) - Seventeen students recently received
degrees from International Baptist Theological Seminary where
Evangelical Covenant Church missionary Fred Prudek works in partnership
to teach practical theology. Students come from Eastern European
countries, including Estonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Poland,
Serbia, Kazikstan, Israel and countries that were part of the former
Soviet Union.
Prudek and his wife, Kelly, also served as hosts to Dr. Jim Houston, a
former Oxford University professor and spiritual formation specialist
who lectured and worked with faculty and students at both the Baptist
seminary and the Evangelical Theological Seminary.
