CBC Seeks Director of Admissions
STRATHMORE, AB (July 22, 2004) - Covenant Bible College (CBC) is seeking a new
director of admissions to lead the college as it grows from its current
enrollment of 172 students to an anticipated 300 students. The college
operates three campuses in Strathmore, Alberta; Windsor, Colorado; and
LaMerced, Ecuador.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive
recruitment strategy to achieve the enrollment goals of the college. The
ideal candidate will have a strong record of successful recruitment and
admissions experience and the ability to lead in a complex organization.
Affiliation with and demonstrated support of the CBC
mission is highly desirable; candidates may be from within or outside
the CBC organization.
This position serves as an ex-officio member of the CBC board that
includes the executive directors and chairpersons of each of the three
campus boards as well as the foundation board chair, its executive
director, the college president and the superintendent of the
Evangelical Covenant Church of Canada.

Josephson praised the work of outgoing admissions director Del Pease.

tenure. He has upheld all of the values of CBC as he has faithfully
worked to fulfill our discipleship mission."
