Today Show Postpones Crash Survivor InterviewREDMOND, WA (January 20, 2005) - A last-minute scheduling change on the part of NBC's Today Show has delayed a planned interview with Laura Hatch, the Covenant teenager who made headlines around the world last October when she was found alive eight days after her car crashed down a ravine. A news story published earlier today in this Covenant news report stated that Laura would appear this Friday; however, the interview now has been tentatively scheduled for next week, Covenant News Service has learned.
A friend of the Hatch family, Sha Nohr, is the one who found Hatch after receiving what she said was a God-given vision that directed her to where she would find the teenager. Hatch continues to recover from her injuries, which included a crushed eye socket, cheekbone and nose. To read more of Hatch's ordeal, see The Laura Hatch Story.
