Village of Great Lakes Adding New Residences
GRAND RAPIDS, MI (November 23, 2005) - The Covenant Village of the Great Lakes
(CVGL) continues its rapid expansion, as construction has begun on two
additional residential units.
The two buildings will contain 84 apartments and 80 underground parking
spaces. Completion and occupancy is anticipated in early 2007.
The retirement community opened in 2000. In December of 2003, the
82-unit assisted living campus was expanded with 104 residential living
apartments and an attached community center. In 2004, a 37-bed,
Medicare-certified skilled nursing facility was opened.
The facility has initiated the "Priority Choice Club" for people who may
desire to live in the new units and to receiving ongoing information.
Members will get first choice of home location, floor plans, square
footage and interior design options.
