Sudanese to Visit Calumet Park Congregation
CALUMET PARK, IL (October 13, 2006) – The Sudanese congregation that meets at Fridley Covenant Church in Fridley, Minnesota, will join Community Covenant Church here for a weekend of fellowship and worship.
The weekend will begin Saturday with a grocery-shopping trip by African and African-American women that will lead to a cooking exchange between the two groups as they prepare the lunch menu.
