Applicants Sought for CRC National Operations Director
CHICAGO, IL (November 7, 2006) – Applications are being accepted for a position as national operations director for Covenant Retirement Communities CRC), administered by Covenant Ministries of Benevolence on behalf of the Evangelical Covenant Church.
Accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission, Chicago-based CRC operates in eight states serving more than 5,200 residents on 15 campuses. This position, which reports to the chief operating officer, is responsible for implementing special program initiatives to assure accreditation performance and quality improvement.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of senior level experience, preferably in a multi-facility setting. The individual must be mission-centered with a passion for serving older adults, possess strong management and leadership experience, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree is required - a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is preferred. Experience in performance improvement, program development, and capital planning also is preferred.
