Lorraine Johnson, Wife of Retired Covenant Minister, Dies


RICHLAND, MI (July 13, 2007) – Lorraine (Larson) Johnson, 80, wife of retired Evangelical Covenant Church pastor Leroy W. Johnson, died this morning. Service arrangements are pending.

Johnson was born March 25, 1927. The Johnsons were married June 16, 1945.

Leroy Johnson was pastor of Covenant churches in Michigan and Minnesota for all but six years between 1940 and 1972. He survives.
