New Children, Family, Adult Ministry Updates AvailableCHICAGO, IL (November 19, 2007) – Two new quarterly email updates have been created to support ministries to families in local Evangelical Covenant Churches. The updates – one for Children and Family, and one for Adult and Family - include information about upcoming events, resources available from the Department of Christian Formation, and articles regarding family and intergenerational ministries. The first Children and Family update was emailed earlier this month, and the first Adult and Family update is scheduled for early December. To subscribe to one or both updates, email Jen Cardwell at jen.cardwell@covchurch.org. Future updates will include information on the new Disability Ministries Committee, the upcoming Disability Ministries web page, and new networks of pastors that are being created to enable the sharing of ideas and resources.
