Willmar (MN) Church to Celebrate 125 Years of MinistryWILLMAR, MN (January 24, 2008) – Evangelical Covenant Church President Glenn Palmberg will speak twice during the celebration of First Covenant Church’s 125th Anniversary on April 6.The two morning worship services are at 8:30 a.m. and 11a.m. The theme for the day is “Where Our Future is Building on the Past . . . the Mission Continues.” A banquet will follow the morning services at 1 p.m. at Willmar’s Ridgewater College. Northwest Conference Supt. James Fretheim will speak during the program that follows. Former pastors and their spouses will also be present. Tickets for the banquet are $15 for adults, $12.50 for children ages 9-11, $7 for children ages 5-8, and free for younger children. Tickets may be reserved by emailing Carol Solbrack.
