Who can attend Unite?
- Students entering 9th grade - seniors graduating in 2024 are eligible to come to Unite 2024!
What is included in my cost?
- Once you arrive at Unite 2024, all on-campus activities and programming are included. This includes four nights of lodging, eleven meals, morning and evening sessions, focus group, breakouts, afternoon activities, a safe environment, and so much more.
What does housing look like?
- Students and leaders will be housed on campus in air-conditioned residence halls. Attendees will be housed in designated areas according to gender. Adult leaders will be in adult rooms on the same floor as their students. All participants are required to stay on campus.
Where do I find scholarships?
- We are in ongoing conversations with our partners and affiliates about scholarships. We are working hard to find funds to ensure that the cost is not a barrier for you or your group to attend. If your group has a particular financial challenge, we encourage you to first talk to your local church, then to your regional conference.
How many adults need to attend with our group?
- There must be at least one leader (21 years or older) for every ten students, based on gender. This means you must have both male and female leaders if you have both male and female students attending. Every leader must complete a background check before attending the event.
What if someone cancels after the group registers? Can we get a refund?
- Once a space is reserved for your youth group, the initial deposit of $85/person is nonrefundable. If one of your students or leaders is no longer able to attend the event, you can transfer their registration to another student or leader.
Do we need to provide our own transportation?
- Yes, groups are responsible for getting themselves to and from UNITE. We are working with each regional conference to help coordinate efforts. We have also partnered with United Airlines to secure a discount code for Unite airline tickets.
Will there be an event app for my phone?
- Yes! An app will be available on every smartphone platform. The app contains devotions for each day, the weekly schedule, and other pages just for fun! This app will guide your group through their week at UNITE 2024.
