Green Lake Conference Center is located on 1,000 acres of peaceful lakeside landscape, located 90 miles from Milwaukee, WI; 180 miles from Chicago, IL; 279 miles from the Twin Cities, MN.
By car. The Green Lake Conference Center is located in south-central Wisconsin (90 miles from Milwaukee, WI; 65 miles from Madison, WI; 180 miles from Chicago, IL; 279 miles from the Twin Cities, MN).
By airplane. The nearest airport is the Outagamie County Airport in Appleton, WI (serviced by United, Delta, and Northwest Airlines). Appleton is 49 miles from Green Lake. Shuttle tranportation is available from Appleton to Green Lake for $25 per person, each way. To schedule a shuttle, please contact Green Lake at least two weeks prior to your arrival. A rental car is suggested from other airports (Milwaukee and Madison are the next closest).
Housing...
Green Lake Conference Center features a range of affordable housing options, from comfortable hotels to rustic cabins to camping facilities. Whether in the woods or near the lake, there is a housing option that meets the needs of every individual, family, and group attending The Feast.
To make your room reservations, please call the Green Lake Conference Center at (920) 294-3323. Be sure to identify yourself as a conferee with the Evangelical Covenant Church. The Feast is expected to sell out, so make your reservation as soon as possible. Please note that housing is not included in The Feast registration fee.

Hotel. Choose from a variety of hotel options, including 1-4 person rooms, 5-person rooms, and 6-person mini-suites. All hotel rooms and suites include private bath and air conditioning. Prices ranges from $76 to $129 per night (two-night deposit required to hold reservation). Hotel cancellation policy: If conferees cancel their reservation 30 days or more prior to arrival, 100% of their deposit will be refunded. If they cancel their reservation 29 days to 72 hours prior to arrival, 50% of their deposit will be refunded. If they cancel after 72 hours prior to their arrival, they will receive no refund on their deposit.
Cabins. Cabins sleep 4-8 people, depending on the size of the cabin. All cabins include private baths. Prices range from $75 to $115 per night (50% deposit required to hold reservation). Cabin cancellation policy: If conferees cancel their reservation 60 days or more prior to arrival, 50% of their deposit will be refunded. If they cancel after 60 days prior to their arrival, they will receive no refund on their deposit.
Camping. Prices vary depending on the amenities you desire. Prices range from $25 to $40 per night (total amount is due at time of reservation). Camping cancellation policy: If conferees cancel their reservation 60 days or more prior to arrival, 50% of their deposit will be refunded. If they cancel after 60 days prior to their arrival, they will receive no refund on their deposit.
Check-in begins at 1 pm, Saturday, June 21. Dinner is at 5 pm, followed by the opening worship service at 7 pm. The Feast concludes with the morning worship service on Tuesday, June 24. Meals...
Imagine looking at a magnificent lake view or gathering around a cozy fireplace with friends—old and new—and family members to share a meal.
Eight delicious meals are included in The Feast registration fee, regardless of housing type (3 dinners, 3 breakfasts, and 2 lunches). Meals are served buffet style in the new Bauer Dining Room, including all you can eat ice cream! Special medical and vegetarian meals can be provided by contacting Guest Services two weeks prior to arrival. Please note that participation in the meal plan is part of your registration fee. It is not optional.
