Global Prayer Gathering: April 11-13.

The International Justice Mission (IJM) one of the partners in the "Break the Chains" project, is hosting its annual Global Prayer Gathering in Washington, DC, April 11-13.  If you are encouraged and energized by gathering to pray with other Christians for the critical work of seeking justice then the IJM Global Prayer Gathering is for you! Before I went, God's work of justice seemed vague and distant and the results unattainable. Stop the Traffick is trying to get a million signatures to present to the United Nations meeting on February 13 to request a UN Declaration against human trafficking. Through the help of Delirious (a popular Christian band) and a number of churches throughout the world the total is close to 800,000 signatures. However the deadline is fast approaching.
