Mark Twain Arts Camp
In the summer of 2011, Redeemer Covenant Church is running an arts camp for underprivileged kids at an elementary school in west Tulsa. We did it last year, too, and it was amazing. It runs June 21–24 from 9am to 1pm with a dinner/program the evening of June 24. One hundred kids, 1st – 5th grade, will attend classes including: GLEE, body percussion (like Stomp), cool creations (duct tape art, slime, etc.), and cooking (bread in a bucket, granola, etc.).
