Hillside Covenant Church is seeking a director of children’s ministry. The director of children’s ministry is responsible to steward the holistic spiritual growth of the children in its care (5th grade and under) by partnering with parents in the Christian spiritual formation of their children. The Director will cast vision (with clear goals) operating out of a philosophy that spiritual growth is centered in the family. Trusting in the Holy Spirit, the director (in collaboration with others) will work toward laying a life-long foundation for children to become whole-hearted followers of Jesus Christ.
