January 25-27 (Sat evening – Mon afternoon)      #ywc14
at Hyatt Regency O’Hare, Rosemont, IL

Youth Worker Connection Time + God + People = Connection

Join us Saturday, January 25th starting at 3pm for Round Table Discussions, Affinity Groups, or a time with God in the Prayer Studio. The Youth Ministry Network Facilitators will also be available for conversation and connection starting at 3pm.

At 5pm on Saturday, our hosts for the weekend, Erik Anderson and Meghan Bruggeman will kick off the 1st General Session with Matt Lundgren and the CHIC Band leading us in worship. Dr. Andrew Root will engage us in a theological dialogue. Following the General Session, we will gather in the Rosemont Ballroom for dinner sponsored by North Park University and Seminary.

On Sunday and Monday this year, we are trying some new things – we are starting the day with Experiential Worship. You will have a variety of opportunities and choices as you begin the day.

In the General Sessions on both Sunday and Monday, we have invited Youth Workers and others in their field to do COV Talks (better known as TED TALKS) followed by Talk Back Sessions where you can go deeper into topics of interest.

Some of the COV TALK topics:

After dinner, you are invited to an evening of FUN! An important part of connecting with one another is leaving room to play and enjoy one another. We’re making it a priority this year and don’t want to spoil the surprise quite yet but know you won’t want to be late for the Welcome Party on Saturday night or miss any of the other scheduled FUN we have in store for you throughout the weekend.
