Fixed Rate Certificate (Series A) 4.5%

• 5-year term with fixed interest rate
• Qualifies for loan generation credit
• Pays interest semi-annually (each June 30 and December 31)
• Renewable at maturity
• Minimum investment  is $500

Variable Rate Certificate (Series G) 4.25% (interest rate effective through June 30, 2008)

• Interest rate adjustable semi-annually (set each January 1 and July 1)
• Easy access - redemption by request at anytime
• Pays interest semi annually (each June 30 and December 31)
• Minimum investment is $500 

How do I invest?

As with all National Covenant Properties investment accounts there are no fees charged by NCP.
