National Covenant Properties (NCP) has been providing loans to member churches and institutions of the Evangelical Covenant Church since 1970. Ninety per cent of all Covenant churches that have loans have them with NCP. Currently, NCP has over $271 million in loans to more than 260 Covenant projects. Funds for these loans are obtained from NCP’s sale of investments to members and friends of Covenant churches.
