Q – Why am I no longer receiving my daily Covenant Newswire email updates?
A – On January 27, 2011, CovChurch.org transitioned to a new, redesigned website. Because our website update necessitated a new delivery system for Covenant Newswire, we need you to re-subscribe to our updated email delivery method. All you need to do visit our subscribe page and enter your email address in the subscribe field. When you get a confirmation message in your email inbox, please confirm your subscription. You MUST complete the verification process to begin receiving the Covenant Newswire emails again. You will then receive the daily news briefs in an updated, easy-to-view manner.
Q – I resubscribed, but am still not receiving the Newswire emails. What happened?
A – After clicking the “Subscribe” button on the news subscribe page, a pop-up message will appear which reads, the email address you entered “will receive a verification message once you submit this form. FeedBurner activates your subscription to Covenant Newswire once you respond to this verification message.” Once you receive and open the verification email from Feedburner, you MUST follow the instructions to verify and activate your account. Covenant Newswire cannot ethically force emails to your inbox. If you do not respond to the verification email, you will not receive Covenant Newswire.
Q – I have an older story bookmarked, but the link is not working. How can I find the story?
A – Any Newswire email before January 27 of 2011 will contain links that were valid then, but are no longer correct because of the website switch. If you have the titles of older news stories you bookmarked, you can search for and find them by using the search box or by using the “Browse by Month” drop-down, both located in the sidebar. News stories from 2007 through 2009 can be found by visiting our news archive.
Q – Why didn’t I hear anything about this? Why wasn’t I contacted?
