Covenant World Mission to Host Webcast
CHICAGO, IL (March 5, 2013) – Covenant World Mission will host a webcast at 3 p.m. CST on Wednesday to discuss how God is at work internationally and through local mission engagement.
Participants will be Kim Crawford and Karen Hallberg, respectively associate director and director of mission mobilization and connection; and Peter Park, pastor of Parkwood Community Church. Viewers will be able to submit questions.
Topics for discussion will include:
- The benefits of a vision for mission that engages the entire congregation in global ministry.
- How to create a mission vision that connects with the identity of your church and the ways God is already working in the lives of congregants.
- How mission committees and mission policies support a congregation’s overall mission vision.
- What has worked for you? Where have you seen God at work through missions?
