What is each department's specific role in PENSION?

The Department of Finance

The Department of Finance handles all pension billing for new and current pastors and pension check distribution for those who have retired. If you have address or bank changes, you may contact them. Randall Jordan is the pension and benefits financial manager and is responsible for all pension billing, retiree pensions and other pension records. The Department of the Ordered Ministry

The Department of the Ordered Ministry sends the “Covenant Pension Plan Move Form” which serves the purpose of beginning pension billing and noting address and pastorate changes. Pension Coordinator - Retirement

*Please contact Ruth Stone or Randall Jordan with questions related to participants who are retiring or collecting pension. They respond to inquiries related to pension amount projections, setting a retirement date, and making sure participants have appropriate forms to fill out so their transition into retirement runs smoothly.
