Burma Mobile Medical Clinics

Watch Burma Mobile Clinics on CovChurch.tv

The Karen people of Burma are internally displaced people (IDP’s). IDP’s are a form of refugee and though they have not left their country, they are displaced by warfare and as a result they have limited access to health care and emergency medical treatment. Through the Karen Department of Health and Welfare, we are partnering to provide medical care for over 9,000 people. These mobile medical clinics provide emergency medical care and also help to improve the overall health of the community.

Cost breakdown:

$400 – provides the needed medicines for one clinic for one month
$8000 – will keep staff and equip one mobile medical clinic for one year
