What does the Bible have to say about God, sin, Jesus, the sacraments, the Holy Spirit, and the church? These are just a few of the twenty-six formational footholds of faith explored through this new disciple-forming resource for small groups, mentors, and individual devotions. Both youth and adults can benefit from Rock Solid. This material can serve as a reflective resource for mature Christians exploring the tenets of faith, a foundational guidebook for new Christians, as well as a complementary resource for Discipleship/Confirmation (The Journey).

    • Footholds – brief statements and Scripture passages defining 26 key elements of the Christian faith
    • Climbing Higher – insightful articles that explain the footholds and apply them to daily life
    • Daily Scripture Journal – Bible passages and journaling questions to explore how the Bible addresses each foothold

A Leader’s Guide, with
    • Ideas and suggestions for using Rock Solid effectively
    • Small group session plans for each foothold that include an introductory activity, discussion questions, and ideas for closing worship and prayer
