Children in underprivileged neighborhoods of Colombia, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DR Congo), India, and South Sudan live in the most impoverished conditions. The Pastoral Compensation Report exists to disseminate minimum salary guidelines and to encourage churches to improve compensation where warranted. This report focuses on internal and external data, additional resource materials, and revision of the minimum guidelines.
