I am looking for the Bylaws of the Covenant Ministerium. The above downloadable PDF is the Constitution only. Searching “Bylaws” gets me here and to the ECC Constitution and Bylaws.

I’d still like to know where the bylaws are on line, but I found what I was looking for in the Covenant Yearbook.

The Bylaws of the Covenant Ministerium can be found within this document toward the bottom of the second page. What you found in the Covenant Yearbook would have been the Constitution and Bylaws of the larger ECC and the “Rules” of the Covenant Ministerium. Sorry for the confusion!
