Sustaining Pastoral Excellence (SPE), a grant program funded in part by the Lilly Endowment, provides funding for credentialed Covenant pastors, missionaries and chaplains to participate in experiences that help build and refine character, remain sharp in the core pastoral arts, and renew their personal relationships with Christ.
